On a lovely late summer's day, we welcomed 450 guests to Roels, hired exclusively for Reef's company party.
On a sunny Sunday in September, we organised Reef's company party for 450 guests, taking care of everything from decor and activities to food and drink.
Reef wanted a French feel at Roels, so together with their organisers, we transformed the restaurant, from checked tablecloths to a greenery-covered balustrade on the mezzanine.
At 15.00, the programme began with a personalised welcome act. Guests were served cava, a welcome platter and a French éclair, before choosing from nine activities, from a treasure hunt to a wine experience and from a pub quiz to a Bossche bollen workshop (making Den Bosch's famous chocolate-covered cream puffs). Route cards helped everyone find the right place.
At 18.00, guests returned for a standing dinner, with live music from Familie de Bruyn.
Reef's review: it felt right from the very first meeting, the team focused on what was possible, Bossche Locals was easy to reach and delivered on its promises, and the day ran very smoothly thanks to the team's quick responses.
