All-inclusive presentation

The venue depends on availability and the number of guests. With four different venues, we have plenty of flexibility. Once we know how many guests are coming and what the programme looks like, we'll help you choose the best fit. You can also take a short break in another room or at another venue, and we can use several rooms for breakout sessions.

At Kleine Roels, we use a projector. A 65-inch TV screen is provided as standard on the mezzanine at Zoetelief and Côte. Would you prefer a larger screen or an extra one? We're happy to arrange it. A wired microphone and a flip chart are always included.

We welcome you with a hot drink and a mini version of a Brabant classic: the worstenbroodje (a soft bread roll filled with sausage meat). Once everyone is seated, the presentation can begin. During the presentation, we make sure there's plenty of still and sparkling water. In the longer break, we serve a lunch to suit your programme, and no short break would be complete without a mini Bossche Bol (Den Bosch's famous chocolate-covered cream puff) from Jan de Groot. We finish with drinks and snacks.

Choose the complete package and you'll know exactly what to expect: no extra costs for setup, pack-down, cleaning or staffing. Everything is included.

Almost anything is possible with us, sometimes for a small additional charge. Would you prefer a different activity, lunch or a full dinner? We'll make sure the programme is perfectly tailored to your wishes.
