Roel & Manon's Wedding
On 2 September 2022, we organised our first wedding at Côte bar bistro, from the ceremony to the party.
The couple came for a tasting dinner on 10 August so they could still make adjustments. The big day began at 13.15 with a lunch tailored entirely to their wishes, featuring a salmon and blini tower, eggs Benedict and a mini chocolate fondant.
The remaining guests were welcomed with a cocktail and a tiered stand of sweet treats in the couple's chosen colours. The ceremony took place at 16.00, followed by a toast with cava and our Paris-plateau. Everyone then sat down to a menu the couple had put together themselves; the guests provided the wedding cakes.
The party featured a DJ with lighting and mirror balls, a cocktail hour, our drinks package and, to round things off, chips with truffle and Parmesan. Everyone left happy at 02.00. The following day, the couple returned for lunch with a small group.
