What can you expect?
Immerse yourself in the world of truffles. We all know truffle pasta, truffle mayonnaise or tapenade with that distinctive flavour. But what exactly is a truffle? Apart from white and black truffles, what other differences are there? What's real and what's fake? Truffles pair well with fish, meat, vegetarian dishes and even sweet treats, and during this experience you'll discover how.
After the tasting, you'll know how many types of truffles there are and how to cook with them. You'll learn to tell real from fake and discover surprising pairings, such as chocolate. How are truffles found, how do they end up on your plate in that luxury restaurant, and why do they taste so different at home compared with a Michelin-starred restaurant?
There are several opportunities to taste: freshly sliced charcuterie and speciality cheeses, of course accompanied by a lovely glass of wine. The tasting is hosted by our external partner Barrique.

Do we pay room hire?
No. We work with a minimum spend: a minimum amount to spend on food and drinks, depending on the time of day, number of time slots and day of the week. These are guidelines, and we regularly make exceptions. We don't charge booking fees either.
