What can you expect?
Getting moving together works better than yet another meeting. MOOV YOUR TEAM is the movement concept offered by Bossche Locals in partnership with MOOV, and you choose how much intensity your team wants. There are three options, all fully guided by MOOV's trainers and suitable for every level.
MOOV & RESET is the gentlest option: pilates, mobility, breathing and relaxation in one session, for teams looking to recharge after long periods of sitting and busy schedules.
MOOV TOGETHER is the middle option and suits most teams: short, accessible activities and challenges that put teamwork and fun first, rather than fitness.
HYBRID TEAM CHALLENGE is the most athletic option: strength, fitness and teamwork come together in a team challenge with a healthy dose of competition, with you setting the intensity.
At MOOV, people in their twenties and eighties train together, so no sporting experience is needed. MOOV is on Kerkstraat, a minute's walk from Bossche Locals. Afterwards, you can shower and head straight to lunch, drinks or dinner at one of our venues.

Frequently asked questions
Do we pay room hire?
No. We work with a minimum spend: a minimum amount to spend on food and drinks, depending on the time of day, number of time slots and day of the week. These are guidelines, and we regularly make exceptions. We don't charge booking fees either.
