What can you expect?
Enjoy the local High Beer (a beer and food pairing experience) at Roels eten en drinken on Korte Putstraat. The package is put together entirely with local ingredients. The beers always come from the surrounding area or elsewhere in the Netherlands, and are chosen to suit the season. The chef sources ingredients almost daily from local market traders. What you find on the sharing board depends on what's available at the market, but it always includes a selection of cheeses, dips, nuts and different types of sausage.
Enjoy local flavours over two courses: first the market sharing board, then a hot dish. Alongside these, we serve three craft beers from passionate smaller breweries in the region and across the Netherlands. Not the craft beers you can order anywhere, but truly local beers, selected by our experts.

Do we pay room hire?
No. We work with a minimum spend: a minimum amount to spend on food and drinks, depending on the time of day, number of time slots and day of the week. These are guidelines, and we regularly make exceptions. We don't charge booking fees either.
