The Bossche bol (Den Bosch's famous chocolate-covered cream puff) is a world-famous treat from 's-Hertogenbosch and our local pride and joy. With us, you get to make the real thing yourself.
A day out in Den Bosch with your team, family or friends is a great start, but our Bossche Bollen-workshop is what truly makes your day complete. Together with Bakkerij Royal, we'll teach you the finer points of making this delicacy.
The choux buns are prepared in advance to save time, while you get ready with the whipped cream and chocolate. And no, it's not just a case of filling them and heading off: you'll learn the technique and the history behind them.

Do we pay room hire?
No. We work with a minimum spend: a minimum amount to spend on food and drinks, depending on the time of day, number of time slots and day of the week. These are guidelines, and we regularly make exceptions. We don't charge booking fees either.
